Project Description

The project encompasses painting the portraits of a racially diverse group of 60 strong women.

The portraits are 28" by 22" framed. Each woman has written what it feels like to be their age. Some have elaborated on the challenges they have faced, others describe feeling content with the choices they have made, but collectively all the stories illustrate why society must not exclude this segment of the population that still has so much to give. A traveling exhibit and book will be produced.
