Each day feels like a gift, and I find myself in awe at the littlest joy. The
shape of a tree, the exuberance of a puppy, the light shimmering on a
mountaintop, the smell of rain, the hug from a friend . . . the list is endless
as is my sense of gratitude. Age has highlighted life and I feel more alive
