Embrace adventure

Ok it’s a bit scary if you think about it, so screw that! I am excited every day to get up, I do so at 4am, mostly. I love this adventure even when it’s hard. I work out around the parts of my body that are aging the most and use the ones I still have. I Do the best when there are bumps in the road. So many adventures and challenges to explore, try, drink, eat and experience. My advice, embrace the hurdles, keep the body strong and the excitement level high and the love flowing.
